Hi, I am a storyteller, tai chi instructor and shiatsu practitioner. And they are inclusive. For me as a practitioner the authenticity with which you can tell your story-the good and the traumatic-brings untold benefits. All exercise is simply movement and stillness all that changes is the speed of the movement and the length of the stillness. And, the connection between the two comes from the emotional and
