Hi, I run Illuminate, a training and consultancy business in Kenilworth, specialising in mental wellbeing and resilience in the workplace. We work with a range of organisations, typically medium-sized businesses, and offer support with development of a wellbeing strategy, delivery and analysis of wellbeing surveys, training and facilitation, and vocational rehabilitation support.

We are an ambitious company and starting to grow, with our first employee starting in June 2021, and a team of associates supporting us. We are always open for collaboration so keen to connect with other local businesses who either work in the field of wellbeing or are passionate about it for themselves and their teams.

We work predominantly from home, but are keen to get back out to co-working spaces and to our clients businesses!
